Does it get any more brutal than this? Newt Gingrich got shut down in Las Vegas by a mob of grindcore teenagers. Local Nevada grindcore band, who are fantastically named Traumatic Anal Devastation, apparently showed up outside the rally, plugged their instruments in, and generated what Gingrich staffer Terry Foley called “the sound of a tank driving through a minefield.” Unfortunately, for all involved, police showed up and pulled the plug on the grindcore wonderkids. Where’s the fun in that?
